2. Eligibility & Account Registration

3. Platform Features & SaaS Services

Doblly provides automated software tools enabling users to import products from AliExpress, synchronize inventory, manage storefront settings, and automate fulfillment workflows across supported sales channels.

We reserve the right to modify, enhance, or discontinue features of the platform from time to time to maintain system stability, security, and performance.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid access to Doblly features requires an active subscription:

• Subscription plans, prices, recurring billing intervals, and renewal authorizations are governed in full by our Subscription Policy.
• All subscription cancellations are governed by our Subscription Cancellation Policy.
• All refund evaluations and processing terms are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. AI Credits & Digital Add-Ons

Doblly provides artificial intelligence generation capabilities (such as automated product descriptions, translation, and article composition) measured in AI Credits:

• No Expiration: Purchased AI credits do not expire as long as your account remains open.
• Preservation on Cancellation/Downgrade: Purchased, unused AI credits remain in your account and are not forfeited, reset, or removed upon subscription cancellation or plan downgrade.
• Non-Refundable: Purchased AI credits are digital consumable services and are strictly non-refundable once allocated, as outlined in our Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use Doblly in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws. You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for any unlawful, deceptive, or fraudulent commercial activity.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, duplicate, or extract the source code or proprietary algorithms of the platform.
• Interfere with, overburden, or compromise the integrity or security of our servers and networks.
• Attempt unauthorized access to other user accounts or connected store credentials.
• Utilize automated bots or scraping tools to extract proprietary platform assets or replicate Doblly’s user interface.

7. Third-Party Platforms & External Services

Doblly integrates with independent third-party platforms and services, including AliExpress, Shopify, WooCommerce, and PayPal:

• Independent Operation: Doblly is an independent software solution and is NOT endorsed by, affiliated with, or officially sponsored by AliExpress, Alibaba Group, Shopify, or WooCommerce.
• Third-Party Compliance: You are solely responsible for complying with the terms of service, marketplace policies, and seller rules of any third-party platform connected to your Doblly account.
• External Availability: Doblly is not liable for service interruptions, API changes, or account restrictions imposed directly by third-party marketplaces or payment gateways.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interests in and to Doblly—including platform architecture, software code, user interface designs, logos, graphics, and documentation—are the exclusive intellectual property of Doblly and its licensors. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the software in accordance with your subscription plan.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Doblly is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from vulnerabilities, or that automated product data feeds from third-party suppliers will be perpetually free from supplier error.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Doblly, its founders, directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the platform.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
