This policy document outlines the operating terms and customer protections for the Doblly platform. 1. Overview & Service Description
Doblly provides a web-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform designed to empower e-commerce merchants with automated tools for AliExpress dropshipping, product import, inventory synchronization, multi-store management, and order automation.
Access to Doblly’s features and services is provided on a subscription basis under various tiers. By selecting a subscription plan and providing a payment method through our checkout process, you agree to the recurring billing terms and policies set forth below.
2. Subscription Plans & Billing Intervals
Doblly offers multiple subscription tiers designed to support business owners at different stages of growth. Our current plans and features are clearly detailed on our public Pricing Page.
- Free Plan: Provides foundational access with limited product imports and basic platform features at zero recurring cost ($0/month).
- Paid Plans (Monthly & Annual): Higher-tier plans (e.g., Basic, Pro, and Business) unlock expanded product limits, automated sync intervals, multi-store connections, and priority support.
- Billing Frequency: Subscribers may select either a monthly billing cycle or an annual billing commitment, as presented during checkout. The applicable recurring charge and billing interval are explicitly displayed prior to payment authorization.
3. Automatic Renewal & Recurring Charges
Continuous Service Authorization: To prevent service disruption, all paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) using the payment method on file, unless the subscriber cancels the subscription prior to the scheduled renewal date.
When you authorize a subscription through PayPal or an accepted payment card, you authorize Doblly (via PayPal) to automatically debit your account on the scheduled renewal date for the then-current subscription fee.
Pre-Renewal Notice & Notifications

4. Payment Processing & Currencies
All subscription payments are securely processed through PayPal and its certified payment processing infrastructure. Doblly does not store, process, or have access to your full credit card number, debit card number, or PayPal login credentials.
- Accepted Payment Methods: PayPal account balance, PayPal linked bank accounts, and major credit or debit cards supported via PayPal’s checkout.
- Currency: Unless otherwise specified during checkout, all subscription prices are quoted and billed in United States Dollars (USD). Conversion rates, bank fees, or foreign transaction surcharges levied by your card issuer or PayPal remain the responsibility of the subscriber.
5. Free Trials & Promotional Pricing
From time to time, Doblly may offer promotional discounts or free evaluation periods for new subscribers:
- Any trial period or discounted introductory pricing will be clearly disclosed prior to signup.
